We collect this information to help us manage your settings and subscription appropriately. When you are no longer our customer, we may continue to collect and share your information as described in this notice.

HOW DOES ADVISOR I/O PROTECT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural protections in accordance with applicable standards. We restrict access to employees and others for lawful business purposes to assist in providing products or services to you. Employees who violate our privacy policy are subject to disciplinary action. In the unlikely event that any unauthorized person gains access to your personal information, we will contact you as soon as practicable, consistent with the needs of law enforcement.

HOW DOES ADVISOR I/O COLLECT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you sign up for a subscription or setup a Master Service Agreement and Scope of Work for a custom partnership.

WHY CAN’T I LIMIT ALL SHARING?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only
(1) sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness
(2) affiliates from using your information to market to you
(3) sharing for non-affiliates to market to you

Advisor I/O does not share your personal information.

State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing

In light of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, we have outlined a few requests that you, as a California resident, are entitled to submit:

• Request what information we collect;
• Request a copy of the information we have collected;
• Request we delete any information linked to you; and
• Request any 3^rdparties we share your data with.

Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

Non-affiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

Joint Marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
